Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of a photoelectric conversion material by increasing film thickness thereof so as to absorb sufficient light even in the case where a photoelectric conversion material having insufficient charge-diffusion length, such as an organic semiconductor, is used.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element comprises at least an electron-collecting electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a hole-collecting electrode. Either one of the electron-collecting electrode and the hole-collecting electrode has a transparent nanostructured electrode.
