Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor in which ESR, capacity and heat resistance are improved by improving impregnation of conductive polymer dispersion liquid for a separator while enhancing productivity.SOLUTION: A separator principally composed of two kinds of non-fibrillated fibers having at least different fiber diameters, where the difference of fiber diameters is 5 μm or more and the smoothness is controlled in a range of 6-50 sec by the mixing ratio of fibers, is impregnated with a conductive polymer dispersion liquid and dried, and then impregnated with an electrolytic solution of high boiling point solvent before being sealed.
