MOBILE LUMINAIRE WITH ID NOTIFICATION FUNCTION, AND PATROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for ensuring secure use of a lighting device configured to send ID information by means of light modulation means even if the lighting device is stolen or lost.SOLUTION: A radio tag reader 101 built in a mobile luminaire 100 reads out ID information saved in a user ID tag 300 carried by a user, and a light source section 105 modulates light to be radiated in accordance with the ID information. The modulated light radiated is received by a telephone 200 with a built-in light receiver, then demodulated in a light demodulation section 202 and transmitted as light reception information to a server 400. The server 400 records the received light reception information.
