PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reed switch in change-over contact form.SOLUTION: A reed switch 10b comprises: a sealing container 12; a first fixed terminal piece 62a arranged on one end side of the sealing container 12; a second fixed terminal piece 22b provided at a distance from the first fixed terminal piece 62a; a third fixed terminal piece 55 arranged on the other end side of the sealing container 12; a movable reed piece 56 arranged on a side of one end portion of the third fixed terminal piece 55 via a magnetic gap, including a tip portion which can contact the first fixed terminal piece 62a, and including a movable contact portion 42 in a position closer to a central side in a longitudinal direction than the tip portion; a first spring member 26a including a tip portion which the movable contact portion 42 can contact; a second spring member 26b including a tip portion which the movable contact portion 42 can contact; and a third spring member 26c including one end portion fixed to the movable reed piece 56 and the other end portion fixed to the third fixed terminal piece 55.
