PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which can make a user feel a waiting time to be shorter when a system such as an OS starts or recovers from a standby state.SOLUTION: An information processor has: a first information processing unit for starting a default system; and a second information processing unit for receiving a user input operation of information to be required after start of the system, while the first information processing unit executes start processing. The second information processing unit hands over the received information to the system after start of the system. Thus, it is possible to expect that a user feels a starting time of the system to be shorter.
