Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an XML message conversion device, an XML message conversion method, and a program which are capable of performing flexible validation for each customer.SOLUTION: An XML message conversion device 100 comprises: a main storage part 101; an auxiliary storage part 102; a control part 103; a communication part 104; an input/output part 105; and a system bus 106 for interconnecting those parts. The device is connected with a media center 200 and a plurality of financial institution hosts 300 via respective networks; determines whether the structure of a received telegraphic message is the one defined by a specified first schema; generates, if it is determined that the structure of the telegraphic message is the one defined by the first schema, an instance on the basis of a specified second schema; records information on the telegraphic message in the generated instance and transmits it to a corresponding customer via a network.
