PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately execute multiple AF function in consideration of focal distance deviation which is different to each individual device and occurs according to a position in a photographing screen of a photographing optical system.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes: an optical lens unit 11 including a focus lens for moving a focal position; a CMOS image sensor 12 for projecting a subject image obtained from the optical lens unit 11 onto an imaging surface and outputting an image signal; a program memory 23 that previously stores focus error with respect to a focus state at a reference position at the time of photographing an equidistant subject image for each of a plurality of positions in the subject image projected onto the imaging surface; a CPU 21 for determining respective focal positions of the plurality of positions in the subject image projected onto the imaging surface, correcting a determination result based on a store content of the program memory 23, and deciding a moving position of the focus lens of the optical lens unit 11 based on the corrected determination result.
