Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a heat treatment device, which has a high versability and a simple structure capable of supporting a workpiece without replacing it when conveying or heating up the workpiece, and a heating device using the fixture, a heat treatment device, and a heating method.SOLUTION: The fixture 100 for a heat treatment device, which supports a ring-shaped workpiece W when conveying and heating up the workpiece W, includes: a central structure part 130; and a workpiece support part 110 connecting with the central structure part 130 to place the workpiece W under the condition that the end face of the workpiece W turns downward while surrounding the central structure part 130. The workpiece support part 110 has multiple rotary rollers 112 arranged around the periphery of the central structure part 130 in the peripheral direction. The central structure part 130 is provided with: a transport connection means 132 which suspends the workpiece W under the condition of mounting the workpiece W on the workpiece support part 110; a rotary drive mechanism 150 which drives to rotate the rotary rollers 112; and a driving connector 133 which inputs drive power to the rotary drive mechanism 150. By inputting the drive power into the rotary drive mechanism 150 to drive rotation of the rotary rollers 112, the workpiece W is rotated along the ring shape.
