Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which has a simple structure and a high versability and can accurately heat up a large workpiece, and a heat treatment device and a heating method.SOLUTION: The heat treatment device includes: a workpiece support part 110 on which a ring-shaped workpiece W is placed; a rotary drive part 30 which rotates the workpiece W placed on the workpiece support part 110 along a ring shape; and a heating part 450 which heats up the workpiece W. The workpiece support part 110 is provided with multiple rotary rollers 112 arranged in the circumferential direction. The rotary drive part 30 drives to rotate the multiple rotary rollers 112. The heating part 450 is provided with: a heating coil 451 which inductively heats up the workpiece W at the heating position P3 on the workpiece support part 110; and a displacement means 460 which displaces the heating coil 451 for the workpiece W at the heating position P3. The displacement unit 460 displaces the heating coil 451 so that the distance between the workpiece W and the heating coil 451 becomes a predetermined distance.
