Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive excellent in application property, transparency and resistance against foaming and peeling, excellent in corrosion-resistant performance and adhesive performance, and excellent in the performance of burying a step portion in a circuit or the like.SOLUTION: The adhesive is an adhesive for a transparent conductive film, including a copolymer (X) and a polyisocyanate-based curing agent (Y). The copolymer (X) is prepared by copolymerizing monomers including at least: 0.1 to 10 wt.% of a monomer (A) having a functional group reactive with an isocyanate group except for a carboxyl group; 0.1 to 10 wt.% of a monomer (B) containing an amino group in an amount; and 1 to 50 wt.% of a monomer (C) having an amide bond.
