Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid or liquefied oral composition and an agent for inhibiting the adherence of tongue coating, which exhibit good tongue coating adherence-inhibiting effects, taste good, have low irritancy to oral mucosa, and feel good when used.SOLUTION: The liquid or liquid-form oral composition contains (A) a glycerin fatty acid ester with an 8 to 14C fatty acid and (B) a polyglutamate, and the component (B)/component (A) is in the range of 0.1 to 150 as a mass ratio. The agent for inhibiting the adherence of tongue coating is composed of the component (A) and component (B), and the component (B)/component (A) is in the range of 0.1 to 150 as a mass ratio.
