ABNORMALITY DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM FOR PASSENGER CONVEYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosis system for passenger conveyer which enables a maintenance member going to the spot where a passenger conveyer is installed to obtain data expressing that the passenger conveyer gets to a normal state.SOLUTION: A movable data collector 10c is disposed on a checking foot step and thereby, events occurring on the passenger conveyer are detected. A spot side controller 20 stores collected events of the data collector 10c as transmittable collection data and the stored collection data is transmitted via a communication line 40. A remote monitor 30 has an abnormality determination part 35 which receives the collection data transmitted from the spot side controller 20, compares the received collection data with the collection data on the normality and, thereby, determines the presence or absence of the abnormality. A communication line switching part 60 is disposed on the spot side and the collection data transmitted from the spot side controller 20 is input to a portable monitor 70. The portable monitor 70 has an abnormality determination part which compares the collection data on the normality with the collection data input from the communication line switching part 60 and thereby, determines the presence or the absence of the abnormality.
