Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide the ink dripping on a head cover to a specific place, while miniaturizing a head.SOLUTION: A liquid ejection head unit includes the head 2 and a tank 4 which are integrated while sandwiching an electrical circuit board 3, wherein the tank 4 has a supply port 45 in which a supply tube for supplying the ink is connected through a joint. When a liquid droplet ejection side of the head 2 is made downward, the head cover 61 is provided for covering the tank 4, the circumference of the electrical circuit board 3 and the circumference of an upper part of the head 2 from an upper part side of the tank 4. On a surface side of the head cover 61, ribs 65a and 65b are provided for forming a guide groove 64 to guide the falling waste ink to a discharge unit under the head cover 61.
