Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more reliably form a conductive path for a pilot arc toward a nozzle.SOLUTION: The nozzle is arranged to move toward or away from a nozzle seat member in a direction substantially parallel to a center axis of the nozzle when the nozzle is mounted on or removed from the nozzle seat member of a torch body. The surface of the nozzle has an electroconductive surface facing the nozzle seat member and an external surface located at the side of the base end from the electroconductive surface. An O-ring sealing a space between a plasma gas passage and a coolant passage abuts against the external surface, and it is arranged at intervals with the internal surface of the tip part of the nozzle seat member. Further, the electroconductive surface of the nozzle presses the electric contact portion in the direction substantially parallel to the center axis of the nozzle when the nozzle is moved toward the nozzle seat member to be mounted on the nozzle seat member in the direction substantially parallel to the center axis thereof. |
