Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately re-supply power after an AC switch is turned off when an auto-off signal is effective and to secure desired waiting time for permitting a user to recognize a device fault during power re-supply time after the AC switch is turned off when an alarm signal is effective.SOLUTION: The power supply unit 20A includes: the AC switch 21a; a conversion section 26; and control sections (30, 70 to 73) cutting off power supply power based on the auto-off signal AUT-OFF-P and the alarm signal ALM-P and switching power re-supply time according to a type of the signal cutting off the power supply power. When the auto-off signal is effective, power re-supply after the AC switch is turned off is immediately enabled. When the alarm signal is effective, the power re-supply time after the AC switch is turned off is set to be prescribed waiting time. Thus, the user is caused to recognize the device fault.
