Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of bleeding air even with such as a wrinkle on a heat resistant sheet when bonded onto a detection surface of a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes a heating coil installed under a top plate, a heating sensor 41 which makes contact with a back surface of the top plate via a heat resistant sheet 51 and detects temperature of a cooking container heated by the heating coil. A plurality of holes 52 are provided in the heat resistant sheet 51.
