Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow medical information to be shared regardless of its utilization time in a medical information management system which distributes the medical information in a plurality of servers and manages it.SOLUTION: A medical information management system to which a plurality of servers having medical information storage parts are connected via a network and which distributes a plurality of pieced of medical information to a plurality of servers and manages it, includes: a utilization time information storage part; a utilization state analysis part; and a medical information transmission part. The utilization time information storage part stores respective utilization times of the plurality of servers. A management information storage part stores management information indicating the servers with medical information stored. The utilization state analysis part notifies of another server different from a first server based on the information on the utilization time. The medical information transmission part determines a second server from a notified other server and transmits the medical information stored in the medical information storage part of the first server to the second server.
