Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for electric vehicles which can appropriately manage a placement of a rescue vehicle according to states of a plurality of electric vehicles to be rescued.SOLUTION: A management system (100) for electric vehicles comprises: electric vehicles (110) having batteries; a rescue vehicle (150) with charging means; means (113, 152 and 141) for detecting positions of the electric vehicles and the rescue vehicle; means (112 and 142) for detecting SOCs (State of charge) of the batteries; managing means (144) for managing relative positional relations between the electric vehicles and the rescue vehicle; and instructing means (146) for instructing the rescue vehicle to close a relative distance from the managing means when an SOC is determined to be low.
