HEAT PUMP TYPE HOT-WATER HEATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot-water heating device which prevents refreezing of drain water from an evaporator generated by defrosting operation.SOLUTION: The heat pump type hot-water heating device includes: an outdoor unit 1 housing a refrigerant circuit 11; a part of a hot water circuit 20; and a blower fan 9. A heater sheet 39 formed with a drain discharge port 45 to be fitted in a drain hole 38, containing a refreezing prevention heater 40 covered with an aluminum foil 41 as its upper surface and having a double-sided tape 42 as its lower surface adhered on a bottom plate 36 composing the outdoor unit 1, is installed on the bottom plate 36. With this configuration, in a condition of a very low temperature, refreezing of drain water from the evaporator 10 generated by defrosting operation is prevented by energizing the refreezing prevention heater 40 and the drain water is discharged outside the outdoor unit 1 through the drain discharge port 45 thereby preventing breakage of portions composing the blower fan 9 and the evaporator 10.
