Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing an adhesive sheet, which can produce an inexpensive adhesive sheet having large adhesive force even in the same used amount of glue and reduced in the used amount of glue, by freely controlling and forming a fine-pitch uneven pattern on an adhesive layer of the adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: The method includes: applying an adhesive 3 on a surface of a base material 2; bringing a rotating uneven roll 43 having speed difference with respect to base material-conveying speed into contact with a layer to which the adhesive 3 is applied, when the layer to which the adhesive 3 is applied is in an incomplete drying state, thereby forming an uneven portion 301 in an uneven shape on the layer to which the adhesive 3 is applied; and thereafter drying completely the layer to which the adhesive 3 is applied.
