Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive composition excellent in uniformity of thermal conductivity and electric specific resistance.SOLUTION: The thermally conductive composition includes a matrix component, a pitch-based graphitized short fibers, and graphite particles. The pitch-based graphitized short fibers have a thermal conductivity of ≥150 W/m K, an aspect ratio of 6-40, and an RR distribution constant of fiber lengths of ≤1.65. The graphite particles have a thermal conductivity of ≥150 W/m K in at least one direction, an aspect ratio between thickness and long axis direction of 10-50, and an average particle diameter of 1-20 μm. The graphite particles are included in an amount of 40-600 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the pitch-based graphitized short fibers. The pitch-based graphitized short fibers and the graphite particles are included in a total amount of 50-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the matrix component. |
