Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating pain associated with contracture in arthritis.SOLUTION: The sterile solution containing botulinum toxin (the comprehensive name of group of toxins produced by anaerobic Clostridium botulinum) having different 7 kinds serotypes is injected into a part of a patient where neuromuscular junctions gather most in an amount of approximately 0.01 to 460 units. Thus, the composition is useful for the treatment of the pain associated with temporomandibular disease, low back pain, myofascial pain, convulsion and dystonia, and the pain associated with sports-related disorders and the contracture in arthritis, etc.
