The stop point data creation means 163 creates stop point data until the full-rotation reel 25 reaches a constant speed on the basis of the operation of a start switch 37, and until the next operation of the stop switch 38 is performed on the basis of the operation of each stop switch 38. The rotation stop control means 180 stops the rotating reel 25 in a stoppable position when there is only one stoppable position whose order of priority is the highest within a movable symbol range, and stops the rotating reel 25 in a stoppable position which is set at the stop table 161 when there are a plurality of the stoppable positions.
