Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcoholic fermentable yeast having resistance against limonene of a fermentation-inhibiting substance, and to provide a method for producing ethanol by using the yeast.SOLUTION: The alcoholic fermentable yeast is Saccharomyces cerevisiae (accession number: NITE P-890) capable of proliferating in the presence of the limonene in concentration of 0.1-0.5 wt.%, and having the resistance against the limonene. The method for producing the ethanol includes using the yeast.
