An immunoconjugate comprising the tumor-specific antibody comprising the region and the tumor-specific antibody attached to a toxin or label can specifically bind to a specific antigen and is used for a medicament for treating or preventing cancer. The tumor-specific antibody is used for diagnosing cancer in mammals.
