Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic generation battery system capable of achieving high precision and deterioration determination, and to provide a state detector therefor.SOLUTION: The present invention is a photovoltaic generation battery system that charges energy supplied from a solar cell panel into a charging lead battery and an auxiliary battery and supplies electric power to a load. Reception of electric power from the solar cell panel and supply of electric power to a load are implemented by an incidental battery and its excess and shortage are compensated for by charging and discharging the lead battery.
