Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium ion secondary battery with high charge and discharge performance of positive and negative electrode plates and high safety, and a lithium ion secondary battery by the same.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a lithium ion secondary battery formed by laminating a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and an electrolyte membrane comprises: a first step of applying nonaqueous electrolyte to one plate surface of the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate; a second step of forming a gel-like electrolyte membrane on the one plate surface of the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate after the first step; and a third step of alternately laminating the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate so that the electrolyte membrane intervenes therebetween after the second step.
