Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a constant flow of fluid when variable fluid pressure operates.SOLUTION: A constant flow regulator mechanism which maintains the constant flow of fluid when the variable fluid pressure is applied includes an intake pipe 506 from which the fluid enters, a housing 500, and a movable partition 502 which faces the intake pipe to receive elastic force. A fluid passage 510 which is variable in cross section is formed between the intake pipe and movable partition. The housing and movable partition form an inner compartment 504 in which the fluid communicates with the intake pipe so as to produce fluid pressure which is substantially equal to the fluid pressure of the intake pipe inside the inner compartment. The size of the movable partition is much larger than the size of the intake pipe so that when the fluid pressure in the intake pipe increases since the fluid passage is reduced in cross section during use, the partition moves toward the intake pipe against the elastic force or operates reversely and the constant flow of the fluid is thereby maintained.
