Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively provide knowledge that a user does not fixedly memorize by a knowledge management support system.SOLUTION: Targeting knowledge which is not referred to by users, an experience value calculation part 105 quantizes depths of experiences of all the users, a reference rate calculation part 106 calculates reference rates of all the users from a history of provision of knowledge, and then a stored fixed experience value estimation part 108 makes clear reference rates by experience values to estimate a necessary experience value needed until the users fixedly memorize the knowledge. When an experience value of a user exceeds the estimated experience value, it is estimated that the user fixedly memorizes the knowledge. The estimation result is used for processing for providing the knowledge for the user by a knowledge providing part 101.
