Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure position displacement between a lead of an electronic component and a lead of a peripheral board having flexibility by obtaining a clear image of a non-pressure fixed part between both leads.SOLUTION: A position displacement inspection device includes: an imaging part 13 that shoots the lead of the electronic component and the lead of the peripheral board having flexibility, which are connected to the periphery of a display board, from a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface of the electronic component and the surface of the peripheral board; an illumination part 14 that irradiates light, whose incidence angle to an optical axis L of the imaging part 13 is equal to or less than a predetermined angle, to the lead of the electronic component and the lead of the peripheral board; and a position displacement inspection part that detects position displacement between the lead of the electronic component and the lead of the peripheral board in a connected part thereof from image data corresponding to the connected part, shot by the imaging part 13.
