EXHAUST HEAT RECOVERY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device which is short in length to a height direction.SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 17 is penetrably supported to an extension part 28 which is formed by extending a valve chamber 16 upwardly, and a core case 21 being a body of a heat exchanger 12 is substantially formed into a U-shape, and extended to the upper part and both sides of a bypass passage 14. Since the bypass passage 14 is surrounded by the core case 21, heat transfer tubes 22 can dividedly be arranged in a plurality of positions. Since the heat transfer tubes 22 are divided into the plurality of positions, the number of the heat transfer tubes 22 arranged in the upper part of the bypass passage 14 can be reduced. Since the number of the heat transfer tubes 22 in the upper part of the bypass passage 14 is reduced, the length to the height direction of the exhaust heat recovery device 10 can be shortened.
