Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable, heat retaining material that is capable of heat-storing easily by microwave, for example, that is capable of heat-storing by means of a microwave oven.SOLUTION: This heat-retaining material capable of heat-storing by microwaves is the material that fixes an organic latent-heat storing material with a binder that includes a segment to vibrate and heat-build by microwaves, the organic latent-heat storing material being one kind or more of the materials selected from among 8-36C aliphatic hydrocarbons, 8-36C long chain alcohols, 8-36C long chain fatty acids, and 8-36C long chain fatty acid-esters, and the binder that includes a segment to vibrate and heat-build by microwaves being the material obtained by reacting a polyetherpolyol with a compound having an isocyanate group, characterized by obtaining by mixing the organic latent-heat storing material, a nonionic surfactant having an hydrophile-lipophile balance (an HLB value) of 12 or more, a polyetherpolyol, and a compound having an isocyanate group, and then by reacting the components one another.
