APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING SOAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing soap that efficiently produces high-quality soap.SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing soap includes a turntable 6, a plurality of molding molds 1 arranged at prescribed intervals in the peripheral direction on the turntable 6 and a supply means 3 that is disposed adjacently to the turntable 6 and supplies a liquid raw material to each molding mold 1 in which the turntable 6 is intermittently rotated at an angle corresponding to an interval between the molding molds 1 in the peripheral direction and each molding mold 1 is successively connected to the supply means 3. A ring-shaped rack 70 having a tooth part is concentrically fixed on the turntable 6 and a plurality of pinions 72 are engaged with the tooth part of the rack 70. The apparatus for producing soap has a plurality of drive sources 73 connected to each of a plurality of the pinions 72 corresponding to one to one connections, the rack 70 is followingly rotated by rotation of each pinion 72 by each drive source 73, consequently, the turntable 6 is rotated in the peripheral direction.
