Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flatness accuracy of a chamber plate in a polishing process in a liquid ejection head having a flow path unit where a nozzle plate with a plurality of nozzles, the chamber plate with a pressure chamber in communication with the nozzles, and a diaphragm plate for sealing one side surface of the chamber plate are laminated.SOLUTION: An opening 13 for the pressure chamber and a dummy opening 14a for making cutting stock as big as the opening in the polishing process are formed on the chamber plate.
