Dummy patterns 16a,... composed of the same material (silver) as the conductor patterns are formed at predetermined positions on the upper surface of a non-magnetic body. The dummy patterns are arranged in a region on the upper surface of a non-magnetic body where the conductor pattern is not formed yet, so that a pattern combining the conductor pattern and the dummy pattern is arranged substantially in line symmetry with respect to the center lines L1, L2 in the longitudinal and lateral directions, and entirely as much as possible. Furthermore, columnar reinforcements are formed at four vertices and at the center position of the long side of the non-magnetic body by providing vias 18a-18d arranged successively in a plurality of layers.
