Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat sensor having the structure which reduces as much as possible an event of irregularity appearing on a surface of an upper face sheet and an affection of curing due to aged deterioration of a rubber material as a sheet material.SOLUTION: A mat sensor comprises a lower face sheet 11, a cord switch 12 disposed on a surface of the lower sheet 11, a plurality of rubber-made columnar members 13 provided on the surface of the lower face sheet 11 and configured to sandwich both sides of the cord switch 12, and an upper face sheet 14 disposed so as to cover the cord switch 12.
