DISK LOADING DEVICE AND DISK DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scratches from being made on a disk due to contact with a disk guide immediately after start of conveyance of the disk that is inserted from an insertion slot.SOLUTION: A disk guide 20 is provided with first protrusions 20a on its surface facing a conveyance roller 23 at the far side from the insertion slot relative to the conveyance roller and second protrusions at the near side from the insertion slot. Both the first and second protrusions have their longitudinal directions in an approximately parallel direction with the axis direction of the conveyance roller and have tapers of which protrusion amount to the conveyance roller side increases from the central part in the axis direction of the conveyance roller towards both ends. A recess 20d is formed in the disk guide in the central part in the direction of the axis of the conveyance roller from a position facing the conveyance roller towards the first protrusions, and the recess has its depth in the direction away from the conveyance roller in relation to the base part of the disk guide. The recess is almost adjacent to the ends of the first protrusions close to the central part.
