Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device for a vehicle that can improve power transmission efficiency by reducing a friction loss caused by increase of a rotational speed of a planetary gear mechanism in a configuration including a belt-type transmission and the planetary gear mechanism.SOLUTION: After a starting clutch is engaged, a transmission clutch executes shift transmission of the planetary gear mechanism when the V-belt-type transmission is in a low ratio.
