EXTERIOR MATERIAL MAINTENANCE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior material maintenance system that determines specifications of paint in consideration of the degree of deterioration for each azimuth surface of a building, which changes according to the amount of solar radiation different by area.SOLUTION: The exterior material maintenance system includes: storage means 20 storing the names of areas ("city (a) of prefecture A" or the like in a construction place field in Fig.2), the amount of solar radiation ("amount of solar radiation" in Fig.2) for each azimuth surface in each area, and paint specification data ("service life", "specifications of paint", "manufacturer", or the like in Fig.2) for identifying the specifications of the paint corresponding to the amount of solar radiation for each azimuth surface in association with the name of the areas; input means 30 for prompting a user to input an arbitrary area name; display means 40; and control means 10 for reading paint specification data corresponding to the amount of solar radiation for each azimuth surface from the storage means 20 to cause the display means to display the specifications of the paint corresponding to the amount of solar radiation for each azimuth surface.
