Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a means for producing a vitamin K-dependent protein composition devoid of or substantially devoid of protein contaminants.SOLUTION: There are provided a method and a means for producing a composition of a coagulation factor selected from thrombin polypeptide (FII/FIIa), factor X polypeptide (FX/FXa), factor IX polypeptide (FIX/FIXa), factor VII polypeptide (FVII/FVIIa), and anticoagulant protein C, especially factor VII polypeptide, particularly, vitamin K-dependent protein, and useful for decreasing or removing protein contaminants.
