Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally friendly process that does not produce large amounts of waste in the milling or recrystatlization and that allows the reduction in particle size in two isomorphous crystal phases ( and γ crystal phases) of quinacridones without destroying the crystal structure of a pigment.SOLUTION: A - or γ-quinacridone crude pigment is added to 2,9-dichloro-quinacridone as a crystal phase inhibitor. Moreover, organic pigments are isolated after milling the crude pigment in the presence of a styrene copolymer dispersants, a defoamer, an additive, and greater than about 10 wt.% of water. |
