Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material for improving convenience as a returnable box.SOLUTION: The packing material is provided with a bottom part and a cover part and when the cover part clads the bottom part, the material forms a box body in which a product and a cushioning material can be stored. A bottom face part, a front face part 11, a right face part 12, a left face part 13 and a back face part 14 of the bottom part 10 are integrated so that the bottom part 10 forms a tray able to store the cushioning material 50 by itself. A pair of connection belts 15, 16 extends from the back end side where they are fixed at facing positions on the outside face of the right face part 12 and the left face part 13 to the tip end side extending from the top edge part of an outer peripheral face part. Both back end side and tip end side of the connection belts 15, 16 are provided with a hook-and-loop fastener.
