CAP, AND CONTAINER WITH CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap that is flexibly designable such that a cap volume can be suppressed from being increased when a lid is attached to a cap body, even if a clearance between the lid and the cap body can be increased, when an elastic body is restored, and to provide a container with the cap.SOLUTION: A band-like elastic body 5 for connecting the cap body 3 with the lid 4 is configured to be restored at a closing position for closing a spout 321 by the lid 4 and at an opening position for opening the spout 321 by the lid 4, and also to be elastically deformed when the lid 4 is attached and detached to/from the cap body 3 between the closing position and the opening position. Further, the cap includes a first hinge 51 at an end of one side connected to the cap body 3, and also a second hinge 52 having an axial center 52a parallel to an axial center 51a of the first hinge 51 at an end of the other side connected to the lid 4.
