Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the manufacturing time by enabling the transfer to the next process even when adhesive is under curing.SOLUTION: A first temporarily fixing part A1 includes: an engaged part 22 provided on a second panel P2; and a claw part 24 provided on a first panel P1 and engaged in the engaged part 22. The engagement regulates the displacements of the panels P1, P2 in the direction in which the spacing between both sealing plate parts 17, 18 is changed. A second temporarily fixing part A2 includes an intermediate member 25 integrated with the first panel P1 between the panels P1, P2. The intermediate member 25 is locked to the second panel P2 while the second panel P2 is pulled toward the first panel P1 side. A third temporarily fixing part is formed by directly ultrasonic welding parts contact with each other between the panels P1, P2.
