Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin plate which can be used as a resin substrate in a scratch-resistant resin plate and achieves a scratch-resistant resin plate excellent in transparency, surface hardness, impact resistance and color unevenness resistance, and to provide the scratch-resistant resin plate, a protective plate for display and a protective plate for touch panel each using the resin plate.SOLUTION: The resin plate is used as the resin substrate in the scratch-resistant resin plate and can be formed by laminating a layer (B) formed of a resin composition at least on one surface of a layer (A) formed of a polycarbonate resin. The resin composition contains a styrene-butadiene copolymer at a rate of 1 to 20 wt.% based on total 100 wt.% of an alkyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer and a styrene-butadiene copolymer. The scratch-resistant resin plate, the protective plate for display and the protective plate for touch panel each using the resin plate are also provided.
