Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator manufacturing method in which tips of all segment coils can be securely engaged and twisting operation can be securely performed.SOLUTION: The stator manufacturing method includes: an insertion process of inserting a segment coil 9 having a pair of linear parts 11 and a connection member 12 connecting the pair of linear parts 11 into a slot 10a of a stator core 10; and a twisting process of performing twisting formation by engaging tips of the pair of linear parts 11 protruding to the opposite side from the connection part 12 with an annular groove of a twist circular ring 14, and rotating the twist ring 14. The stator manufacturing method is characterized in that: a plurality of linear parts 110-119 are inserted into the slot 10a; the twist ring 14 has a plurality of circular rings 140-149 differing in axial position; a deformation process of plastically deforming the tips of the linear parts 110-119 in an outer peripheral direction is included between the insertion process and twisting process; and the tips of the plurality of linear parts 110-119 are engaged with a plurality of annular grooves 140a-149a of the circular rings respectively in the twisting process. |
