Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a green compact using a soft magnetic metal material that a sufficient strength cannot be attained for some shapes, and the size and shape may change or the magnetic characteristics may degrade during heat treatment for strain relief.SOLUTION: The production method of a green compact includes a step for obtaining a compact having a predetermined shape by compressing metal particles containing soft magnetic metal particles and molding into a predetermined shape by using an epoxy resin having three or four functional groups as a binding agent. The production method may further include a step for adding a hardener containing an alicyclic compound to the binding agent, or a step for hardening the binding agent by heating. A green compact thus produced is suitable as the magnetic shield of a magnetic sensor, for example.
