Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic steel sheet having an insulation coating containing an adhesive resin on the surface, in which the insulation coatings can adhere to each other sufficiently when being laminated and hot pressed.SOLUTION: The insulation coating has a structure where a granular resin, deformable by heating and/or pressing, is dispersed into a base coating. The granular resin has an average grain size of 1.0-50.0 μm, such a granular resin is contained in the insulation coating at a rate of 1.0-50 mass%, and the adhesion amount is 4.0 g/mor less per single side of the insulation coating.
