Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of preventing water from jumping up.SOLUTION: The lighting fixture for illuminating underwater of a water tank with a top part open includes lamp fittings 1 each consisting of a lamp 13 and a lamp fitting body 11 housing the lamp 13 and having a waterproof structure, a case 2 with the lamp fittings 1 fitted in exposure, an arm 3 with the case 2 supported at a tip side, a movable base 4 with a rear end side of the arm 3 supported, and a fixed base 5 fixed to an opening peripheral edge of the water tank and with the movable base 4 supported. The fixed base 5 includes a waterproof board 5a formed in protrusion from the opening peripheral edge to an opening side.
