Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning transmit device 20 capable of transmitting a warning, when a driver of an automobile and the driver of a light vehicle such as a bicycle or a pedestrian do not recognize each other's presence, to the driver of the light vehicle or the pedestrian.SOLUTION: A warning transmit device 20 comprises: a relative position calculation section 24 to calculate a relative position of moving bodies to an automobile at a prescribed interval; an approaching moving body display section 23 to measure changes of a relative distance between the automobile and each moving body, and display, on a screen, positions of the moving bodies approaching the automobile with reference to a current position of the automobile; an input section 26 to receive information indicating the moving body, among the moving bodies approaching the automobile, that a driver of the automobile recognizes; and a warning information transmission section 27 to transmit, when the moving body that the driver of the automobile does not recognize exists among the moving bodies approaching the automobile, a warning to the moving body.
